I offer guided meditation and conscious intention setting to help you harness your healing and  fully 'arrive'.

Once the Sound Journey begins, you can choose to lay down or find a comfortable seated position, allowing the music and live mantras to ease you into deep rest, meditation or other altered states of awareness. E

very sound journey is unique. I intuitively connect to the group energy and channel higher guidance to support your wellbeing on all  levels. 

No meditation experience required. All welcome.
